About the book >.>.> Arising out of these Mr. Blethyn stated on behalf of the Christmas Card sub-committee that in view of the small number that would be required and the incidence of purchase tax it was not possible to have a card with a coloured insert but a plain card bearing the Society’s badge could be obtained at a price of 6d to 8d. each. It was agreed that supplies of these should be obtained. It was resolved that in order to save time members whose names had been circulated should be elected by a show of hands but that it should be open to any member to demand a ballot.
