If you leave a comment on our site or place an order some of your details will be stored in order for us to process your request. If you have an account with us the information you enter will be stored securely. You can ask at anytime for this information to be deleted and your account closed. 

We DO NOT hold any financial information relating to credit cards or payments. This is all completed using approved third party payment processors like PayPal. We do not have access to your card details when a payment is made. We only get notified that a payment has been approved.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

We are not happy if your not, let us know if you receive an item your not satisfied with. You can return any book within 15 days of purchase, just make contact with us and we will tell you what to do.
