About the book >.>.> I first came across Fragrant Qigong whilst on a Tai Chi instructors’ retreat. I had been practising Tai Chi for several years and once my children had flown the nest I decided to enrol in a course to become a qualified Tai Chi and Qigong instructor. As part of my training. I had to attend regular retreats and workshops and it was on a retreat in Somerset that I met Owen and first learned about Fragrant Qigong. Owen is one of those annoying individuals who always has something to say and comes across as a real know-it-all. He had an air about him that suggested ‘I am better than the rest of you and I know so much more that I don’t need to be here’. It was a week-long course and I decided I would avoid Owen as much as possible. (LL)
